Ways to be More Resilient During This Crisis
Whether we’re right smack in the middle of a pandemic or already past it, being resilient matters greatly. It ensures that you’re doing well physically, emotionally, and even socially.
How can you be more resilient? We have some suggestions.
1) Routine is King
By starting the day, working, and ending the day at similar times throughout the week, we get our bodies used to a structure. And when we have structure, we feel more in control of our situation, which helps us manage our day-to-day expectations.
2) Be Social...
It’s bad enough that we’re physically distanced from family, our significant other, friends, and co-workers. But that doesn’t mean staying in total isolation. Schedule or host weekly catch-ups with loved ones, virtual workouts with friends, game nights, and synchronized livestreams of your favorite series.
3) Stay on the Move
To keep yourself physically fit, start or end the day with a workout, and make sure to take lots of walking breaks in the middle of your work. Do laps around the sofa, around your bed, or chase after your kids or the dog. Staying physically active releases endorphins, which will help you feel good throughout the day.
4) Eat Right
Just like everyone else, you might be tempted to reach for that bag of chips on the counter. Do your best to ignore it. Opt for greens, fruits, and healthy fibers to keep your mind sharp and your body properly fueled. Or just drink a glass of water, as it helps curb cravings by making you feel full.
5) Cut Yourself Some Slack
Realize that everyone is going through this challenge together, and are dealing with it in different ways. So if you were late in submitting a project today or stayed up late to binge watch a new TV series, that’s okay. These are unprecedented times, so extend kindness toward yourself and try again tomorrow.
6) Remember That Sleep is Not for the Weak
Good, quality sleep will help you function at your most optimal level, and help maintain your stamina, throughout the day. Try to sleep and wake up at around the same times of night and day and avoid using gadgets just before sleeping.
7) Take The Right Kind of Vitamins and Supplements
A proper diet is not always enough. To ensure that you have the right amount of nutrients each day, have the necessary vitamins and supplements on hand.
A high number of Rogin-E users have reported that this multivitamin supports the different aspects of their well-being: physically, mentally, socially, emotionally, and even sexually*. It has Deanol for improved concentration and mental stamina, Royal Jelly for improved physical stamina and good health, as well as Korean Panax Ginseng that helps strengthen physical and mental performance.
Nowadays, it’s not enough just to be healthy; we need to be resilient to get through a crisis.
Make the right choices to continue staying on top of your game and soaring through life.
